When we repair collision damage on your car, we stand behind that work for as long as you own it.
What’s covered
- Metal repairs
- Paint repairs
- Labor on body parts
This covers the collision repairs listed on your final invoice, for as long as you own the vehicle. Replacement parts are covered by their own manufacturer’s warranty.
Who can make a claim
Only the person who owned the vehicle when we did the repair. The guarantee doesn’t transfer to a new owner.
What isn’t covered
- Rust
- Rock chips
- Damage from unreasonable use or care of the vehicle
- Repairs that someone else has altered or tampered with
- Later accidents or any new damage
- Wear items: batteries, tires, alignment, bulbs and A/C
The guarantee is for collision repairs only. It doesn’t cover EV maintenance or repair work, or upgrades and custom work. PPF, window tint and other films are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty (see PPF and tint).
How to make a claim
Bring the car back to us with your final invoice and a written list of the problems. We’ll inspect it. Call 888-878-2213 to set a time.
